  • Diagnosing automotive problems quickly and accurately
  • Repairing broken or worn auto components
  • Installing equipment, components, and systems
  • Testing vehicles before and after repair
  • Maintain manufacturer training
  • Provide superior customer service

Desired Qualifications:
  • 2yr prior experience as a Automotive Service Technician (preferred within dealership).
  • Thorough knowledge of automobiles including electrical systems, engine repair, brake systems, suspension and steering, and heating and air-conditioning
  • ASE certification a plus
  • Outstanding work ethic
  • Great attitude and ability to collaborate with others

Customer Care Representative

With our business continuing to grow, we are in need of talented full time Customer Care Professionals to provide our customers with the best level of service possible. If you have had any automotive service experience, Or telemarketing experience, we'd like to hear from you. We offer competitive pay plans and full benefits for qualified people. Example of Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming internet email leads and internet phone leads
  • Be available to respond to email inquiries in a professional, well-spoken manner
  • Assist customers in appropriate vehicle selection
  • Conceptualize and understand the psychology of internet customers and work with them accordingly to set an appointment for a proper vehicle demonstration
  • Direct customers to product information resources, including those available on the internet
  • Check email frequently and respond to inquiries immediately
  • Deliver inquiries/messages intended for other sales personnel and departments promptly

Skills / Requirements

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
  • Time management, prioritization skills, and the ability to multi-task are required
  • Self-motivated and goal oriented
  • Ability to hit sales quotas and closing percentages
